Lemons are filled with Vitamin C, an essential for building immunity in children.  We are lemonade fans, especially to cool us off during the hot summers.  Here is a simple yet delicious recipe  to quench your children’s thirst buds:

 

What You Need

 

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)

1/2 to 3/4 cup superfine sugar, to taste

1 cup crushed ice

4 cups water

 

Equipment

Blender

Tall glass

Straw

 

METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until completely smooth.
  3. Serve over ice.
