What You Need



1 cup raw almonds

2 cups water, plus more for soaking

1 date (without seeds)

  1. Soak the almonds overnight in water in a bowl. Cover the bowl with the cloth.
  2. Drain and rinse almonds thoroughly in clear water.
  3. Place almonds and water in a blender and pour in 2 cups of water. Blend almonds until texture is very fine.
  4. Strain almonds with strainer over a bowl.
  5. Press all almond milk from the almond meal
  6. Add the de-seeded dates and blend again for a minute until fully blended.
  7. Refrigerate almond milk in sealed bottles in the fridge for up to two days.
  8. Enjoy with your child!
